Delivery Policy
Padel Fit Pro will notify you via email when your goods have been dispatched to you. We aim to provide you with an accurate date on which the goods will be delivered.
Where we become aware that the date for delivery may be delayed, we shall notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide you with a revised date.
We will not be liable for any loss you incur, whether financial or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from our delay or failure to meet the date where the delay is caused by reasons outside of our control.
Where agreed, we shall deliver the Goods to any address (in the United Kingdom) you may specify (subject to appropriate instructions or directions being given).
We shall notify you at the time of confirming your order of any additional delivery charges or other expenses for which you will be liable.
Any items that are not received within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact us so that we can investigate.
We will not be responsible for any non-delivered products after this time or failure to advise accordingly.
Please note that working days are classified as Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays. Delivery times apply to items in stock. On the occasion that an item is not in stock we will contact you and either give you an estimated time of availability or give you a full refund. Deliveries normally occur from 7:30am – 5:00pm.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, then we reserve the right to store the Goods until actual delivery or subsequent delivery charges which we may incur.
For signed for orders someone should be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be held responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods. We will equally not be held responsible if the incorrect address details have been supplied.
Padel Fit Pro will use different couriers depending on the manufacturer of the product and size of the order and so the delivery methods will vary.
Returns
If you receive your goods, but then decide that you do not want them, you may return the goods for a refund if you pay the return postage. You must contact www.padelfitpro.com prior to returning the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Our liability is limited to the cost of goods only. We will not be liable for any indirect loss or consequential loss that may arise. The customer is responsible for the goods once the delivery has been made. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Padel Fit Pro cannot accept returns for items which we are not notified of by the customer within 7 days of receiving the goods. We also cannot accept the return of items which were received in the appropriate condition and then opened.
If we are not notified of any problems within 7 days of receiving the goods then we will assume that the customer is happy with their order and the contract is complete.
You may cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order by getting in contact with us within the 7 day timeframe. If you try the products and experience any allergic reaction whatsoever you may return them for a full refund.
You will need to pay the postage costs to return the item back to us. These costs will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to take care of any products you wish to return. We will not accept any products that have been damaged or deteriorated due to negligence.
Refunds will be made once the items are received and a confirmation email will be sent to you advising the refund amount. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for us to process your refund.
Padel Fit Pro also reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or its packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be binned.
International Sales
We will not be held responsible for any customs related delays, losses or issues in the country of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders outside the European Union, these will be sent as standard or tracked & signed for at the buyers own risk depending on the postage selected.
Damaged Goods
If the product you purchase is damaged or faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
If you can see some of the delivery has arrived damaged, we ask you to sign for it as “damaged” on arrival. That way it will be easier for us to organise replacements, which is why it is important for you to inspect the delivery as much as you can before signing. Unfortunately, breakages can happen and we will send out replacements as soon as we can.

Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
