State Electrolytes are effervescent tablets with electrolytes and B vitamins that dissolve in water. They are developed for use in connection with training, when the body loses fluids and salts through sweat.

When you exercise, especially at high intensity or in warm conditions, the body loses electrolytes. These are minerals that are important, among other things, for fluid balance and muscle function.

The product contains sodium, potassium, and magnesium, as well as vitamins B6 and B12.

Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The tablet dissolves in water and gives you a berry-flavoured drink.

How to use the product

Dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water. Can be used before, during, or after training. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
